  1. Remarkable coincidence that the US State Dept has been talking about China and all of a sudden these appear out of nowhere. Incredibly the same thing happened in Syria.

  3.  @trotgun1563  They have been fighting against Russian forces in Syria. By the way: the CIA and State Dept have been regularly arming people with AK47s since the 1950s. What a group is armed with isn't indicative of who they are fighting for.
