I have to be honest - I think Simon has looked into all that, too, but chose not to mention it. He's a well read man - I was beginning to enjoy watching his vids, until I came across this one. Untrustworthy now I think.

Yes, that's true. He also spoke about helping the Gestapo identify and round up Jewish families in Hungary: and I'm not even being sarcastic or joking: there is a 60Minutes interview that he did in the 90s during which he described how, as a youth, we went around with a "guardian" and identified families to be arrested. His reward was their possessions. Its how he made his first fortune.I no longer trust this 'History Debunked' guy - there's no way he's unaware of these facts about soros.

@readmylisp He was 14 when he started identifying and betraying families - and I know that you already know this, btw, I'm replying for the benefit of others who have read your comment. He openly described in detail in a televised interview in the 90s.

Naive. Maybe. I don't think anyone as well read and intelligent as him can be that naive - that only leaves one conclusion as far as I'm concerned. He's untrustworthy - which is a real pity because I was beginning to enjoy watching his vids till I came across this one.

Not rumours: he admits it himself in a televised interview he did with 60 minutes in the 90s: he describes in detail what he did - in his own words - no rumours needed, it came straight from his own mouth: and he was smiling when he talked about it.

Very true.

@cardroid8615 He did, yes: that's what The Principle Officer was referring to in his 60 Minutes reference. He did an interview with 60Minutes in the 90s during which he described identifying and betraying families to the g3$T@p0 in return for those families' possessions: it's how he made his first fortune.

@nuncaolvidare4895 Its been on youtube for years, you may need to do a little digging. I don't know whether its still there, or clips of it are still there.I'd say type in some keyword combinations on YT or on your internet browser and see if it comes up.

I agree. There is no way someone as well read as him is unaware of all the things s0r0s has been involved in: from betraying families to the n@tsees during WW2 to breaking the Bank Of England. He knows all this stuff, he's just chosen not to talk about it. Its a pity to suddenly realise he's dishonest and untrustworthy.

I thought you were being sarcastic. Well that's a major disappointment. S$r$s has spoken openly about what he did as a youth in Hungary re: helping to identify and round up people for the g3$t@p0 - and his reward was possession of their belongings: it's how he made his first fortune. He talks about it (with a smile) in a 60 minutes interview from the 90s. There is no ambiguity: he openly describes what he did.

Yep - it's very disappointing to find out that Simon is so untrustworthy. I recently came across his channel and enjoyed listening to his takes on things - until I came across this vid - there is no way he is unaware of all the things s0r0s has done: he's just chosen not to talk about them. That's enough for me.
