An uncle of mine told me once that he would suddenly put his glasses on if he was confronted, and so he'd be left alone. Imagine my surprise when he was charged for KO'ing a guy and breaking his teeth from a single punch. The glasses story was BS! :D

Not to mention how obnoxious and ugly wind turbines are: seeing some of the landscapes in Ireland vandalised with them is like looking at a classical building with grafitti all over it.

Many of us never fell for the scam and I never liked those ugly and useless wind turbines - all they do vandalise landscapes as I've seen in Ireland, and even in Rottnest Island, Australia - beautiful island marred by a nasty big, ugly, grey monument with rotor blades.

Well - you could look at the last 3 years and see that the world we are living in today isn't much different: I would argue that the only real difference now is that its illegal to hang or burn people at the stake - the scapegoats may have changed but the destruction of peoples' lives by modern day self appointed puritans hasn't.

The interesting thing is that most of the community knew this was an insane and ludicrous campaign carried out by crazy people but they were reluctant to speak up for fear of being targetted.
