  2. The only thing wrong with the NHS is the massive and bloated layer of worthless and expensive managers who are bleeding the National Health Service dry. Sack all of them and the NHS will have all the money it needs while doctors and nurses can go back to purely what they were trained for - caring for the vulnerable who pay for this service in their taxes.
