By the looks of things they thought the poor creature was dangerous. It wasn't. It was a calf, very young - and no danger whatsoever to anyone. It wasn't chasing people, it was looking to be guided somewhere. Why didn't these guys just call animal experts? Anyone with any experience of these animals could have led it away with no problems. It posed a danger to no-one.

I'm glad someone else pointed that out. I grew up around these animals - that's exactly what was happening there. Smh.

TBH its worse than that: the animal didn't even need to be tranquilised: it was a calf, very young, no danger. I grew up around these creatures: they're totally harmless and they only follow people to be guided. It could have been led away no problem.

Even worse than that: it was a calf, very young. They do follow people, but only because they are looking to be guided. I was just shaking my head looking at that guy running as if his life was in danger and then the cops running that poor creature down.

@Elitematt74 Why do you not lol?

TBH they wouldn't have even needed a tranq dart. I grew up around cattle. It was a very young cow, a calf, and could easily have been quietly led away by anyone with even a small bit of experience. They're very compliant animals and a danger to no-one: even adult cows are no danger.

@rachelmcintyre1201 Poor thing. It looked very young. The police said she had a cut on her leg and a vet is looking after her: I hope that's the case, I figured broken leg at least, but hopefully it was just a cut. Thankfully they have very hard and thick skulls even the young ones.

@Elitematt74 Well, you're clearly wound up enough to make that remark. Learn to read and then have a look at the comments thread to find out who cares.

@VadoVoodoo Laughing? I'll need to look at that again.

@rachelmcintyre1201 You're welcome. I love cattle and grew up around them when I was a child. Lovely creatures. Thank you very much, it is, and I hope your night is going well, too. All the best.

@shaynasheikh4832 Yep. Twice :/. I was just shaking my head watching that, seeing them being that scared of a calf, ff sake. I agree - they looked like they were definitely trying to run the poor creature over.
