  1. I don't feel for the train drivers at all: yesterday I tried to fly home to be with family but Victoria station ()that serves Gatwick) was closed in the afternoon with no notice. Last month I was stranded in Gatwick when strikes were officially called off - but unofficially went ahead anyway: this is not like the strikes of before, they deliberately picked that time to prevent people from getting home at the last second at the worst moment: they have become a law onto themselves and are now behaving like thugs.

  2. Johnson caused the mess that the country is immediately facing now - in fairness I don't believe that Starmer or whoever runs the lib dems would be much different, but this entire mess is his doing.
