All that needs to happen is the bloated management needs to be downsized and those in there deliberately undermining it in an attempt to privatise it for their friends need to be sacked and charged where necessary. The NHS is fine when its not being robbed and interfered with. This is all being done on purpose to make it vulnerable to privatisation.

That's true - but bear in mind Labour also want it privatised for those lucrative contracts for their friends. labour and the Tories have deserted their base - both of them now work for lobbyists and corporations.

NO! I have plenty of faith in the NHS - not the bloated middle managers and govt officials that have been put in place to bring it down in the hope that they can privatise it. And, ladies and gentlemen, if you think that privatising the NHS will be a good idea, you are in for a very, very big shock.

Exactly. The NHS is being deliberately demonised because the political class and their friends are desperate to get into the lucrative "healthcare" business using NHS assets. A huge amount goes into paying middle managers who are doing everything they can to undermine it for that purpose. The NHS is great. The only people that demonise it are those who want to get their hands on it and their minions in the media who are acting like PR officers for them.

@bigbot4397 Labour and the Tories - and the huge and parasitic managers that have been put in there to deliberately undermine the NHS in the hope that they can make a case to privatise it for their friends. That's what's really been going on there. The NHS would be just fine without this deliberate and expensive interference.

@Kwippy Labour has been no different in what it did to the NHS, they were just sneakier about it: and that started with blair and brown. Both political parties are no different: both have been trying to privatise it and both have put a huge layer of expensive and worthless managers that have been trying to undermine it in an attempt to privatise it. Labour is just as culpable and, if you voted labour, you voted for the very same things you're blaming others for.
