  1. You're lying. All Russia wanted was Ukraine to remain neutral and for nato not to expand up to its border: nato promised they wouldn't back in the 90's. Russia even stood by while Ukraine's pro-Russian government was overthrown in a violent coup, with $5bn from the US State dept.

  2. @shaun3713 Belarus chose for themselves. "The West demands". East for you to say sitting in your comfortable air conditioned room, nowhere near the fighting. Ukraine was used as a hammer against Russia by the West. $5bn of US State Dept money was used to overthrow the elected government in Ukraine. Zelensky was elected on a platform of ending the conflict and normalising relations with Russia, but instead he did what his bosses in the West told him to do.
