  1. Elitism and heirarchy. Tbh Jaguar was always like that. I read a comment about some chap who bought a Jag back in the 60s - and when it started letting in water he wrote to the company. The CEO replied with the words: "A gentleman does not drive his Jaguar in the rain". Apparently that quote was also in their manual back then.

  4. When I told my (car loving) brother that Jaguar intends to save its brand with a new line of electric cars he laughed his head off.

  5. The worst thing about it is Jaguar customers are very image conscious. I can imagine them driving around now, wondering who is looking at them and picturing a bunch of rainbow-coloured, androgynous freaks prancing around in a student art project.
