This law was passed in Canada recently - and the state has already started pressuring vulnerable people into taking that option - people who didn't even apply for it, request it or even want it. Look after and protect yourselves and your family. The government can't be trusted with this type of power.

Labour and the libdems were no different: the last 3 years should be a wake up call to anyone who thinks that labour or the libdems (both of which were in lockstep with the govt throughout) are any fdifferent: it should also be a wake up call to anyone, including yourself, who quietly submitted to the lockdown, the muzzle and the jab and who coerced others to do so, too. And if you think this is a left/right issue, you need the biggest wake up call of all.

That's interesting: a number of years ago (in London) I remember reporting a troublemaker in our block to the police: I was speaking to a Welsh officer about this and tbh he was so disillusioned with policing in London that he told me himself he was moving back to Wales. He must have been really sick of this place to be confiding this in me, as I had never spoken to him before or since. This was the late nineties.

  44. Iran placed a self imposed ban on developing nuclear weapons many years ago: they renewed that ban in 2019. There was no threat. But this is the WMDs template being dusted off and used again. It needs to stop.

  48.  @wotzatfa  If you think leaving the EU is such a massive loss take a look at the state of Germany now, which is in such bad shape that its own government collapsed just a few weeks ago: take a look at Ireland which is now being swamped by immigrants it can't even afford to take in due to EU directives, and Hungary which is now being threatened with sanctions by the EU. Yeah - what a great club to be in.
