I was interested in Christopher Hitchens' documentary, I bought his book and appreciated his perspective on her: but your piece just comes across as a personal dislike.

@Michael T Hitchens stuck to researched facts and not snarky remarks about about her. I doubt if he liked her very much but there wasn't a cheap snarkiness about his book or documentary. I'm not an athiest like Hitchens was, but I was always interested in what he had to say and agreed with many of the things he said on other: This guy above just seems to be barley able to contain his contempt towards people of faith, and that's what comes across loud and clear, here. To me that's the difference, if that makes sense.

@Michael T Lol, that's fair enough - in fact tbh that's why I didn't find it easy to articulate what it is about this particular piece: I agree Hitchens was disrespectful toward people of faith: I guess the only way I can articulate it is to say there's a real nastiness and b*tchiness about this piece that wasn't in Hitchens book or documentary: I hope this explanation is slightly better.
