  1. Exactly. I've dealt with a lot of these types of people and I'm always amazed that they think people are unaware of what they're doing. I've also found that, generally, sneaky people are not very bright: you'd expect them to be cunning with it but they're not.

  3.  @Helliox  Lol: all a judge has to do is stick by constitutional law: she didn't and tried to gaslight with lame answers as to why she didn't - that's why she was rightly interrupted because Blackburn was not going to allow her to get away with that and waste her time.
