Congress and legal teams need to find out who precisely is making these decisions and deal with them as individuals: that way these people can't hide behind the agency they run - and if they are sued as individuals they won't be able to rely on FBI funds, provided by the taxpayers they have failed, to fund their legal costs.

There you have it: and the fact that this man (and others of his caliber) has been fired, marginalised and harassed by the FBI and its various lap dogs should focus minds on what exactly the leadership of the FBI has become.
