  2. Also she was shouting at him to "Get back here" when he was in the alley, engaging the gun man : she was distracting him and putting him in danger. she's a danger to everyone around her and I hope she doesn't get someone killed.

  3.  @123nathanator  True. I couldn't believe what I was watching and hearing. She was distracting him while he was engaged with the gunman, she could have had him killed. Training officer smh.

  5. Yep - even with his female training officer pointing her gun straight at his back and yelling at him to back away.

  7.  @adoredpariah  The trainee who ran towards danger to protect everyone else while the incompetent supervisor was distracting him, telling him to let the gunman escape while waving her gun at his head and back. That trainee knew instinctively how to deal with the problem. The supervisor didn't and put everyone in danger.

  8.  @adoredpariah  I understand more than you. And I easily recognise when a dangerous and incompetent supervisor (who was clearly hired to fill PC quotas) is promoted to a position she's not able for. That, more than anything, was the real problem here.
