  1. All those lives devastated and destroyed - and the only people who went to jail were the innocent victims of all this. By the way: ALL IT systems have bugs, its the nature of computers and IT in general. For this engineer to claim that the Horizon system was the only one in the history of IT to have no bugs is unbelievable.
