  1. The NHS isn't broken - it just has a massive, bloated layer of worthless and expensive managers. Just get rid of those and everything will be back to normal - doctors will be able to go back to caring for patients and the NHS will have all the mjoney it needs to do just that.

  2. The problem with the NHS is it has a massive,. bloated and parasitic layer of managers who are costing the NHS a fortune and doing nothing else. That's where all the money is going. They should be fired so the NHS can go back to its original mandate. I suspect they are deliberately undermining it in an attempt to push for privatising it.

  3.  @philgillmartin5053  I know - and I myself lost someone very close to me (in Ireland) who was butchered and then murdered in a private hospital by private doctors after spending a fortune in private health insurance all his life. The only people who want a privatised NHS are the ghouls drooling over the money it could make them.
