  3.  @joelreidy2585  It goes deeper than that: they wouldn't be able to do any of it without the full support, help and subsidies of our own leaders - many of whom hate Christians and Christianity more than even radical islamists do. Where that hatred comes from is something they themselves may or may not understand.
