Exactly. That comment really hurt him because he knew it was true and he was shocked that Fry was able to sum up what he really is in just a few simple words.

Poor Dyson: free as a bird with wealth and esteem - but a slave to his own mind. I feel sorry for him. Wakes up angry and goes to sleep angry every day of his unhappy life. BTW: that last summing up by Stephen Fry "Huckstering snake oil salesman" really hurt him because Dyson knew it was accurate.

@erikred8217 Interesting point. Thanks. Okay. I'll take a look at that again with that in mind. In all honesty I'm not a Peterson fan myself, but I do like a lot of the things he's said and done, really dislike some other things he's said and done - but Dyson: an utterly despicable character who Fry summed up perfectly in just a couple of words.

Dyson is a famous brand of vacuum cleaner over here in the UK. Every time he spoke I couldn't help but hear the obnoxious sound of a loud vacuum cleaner sucking up as much dirt as it can for as long as it's switched on.
