This seems to be a huge problem with Loveland police. There was a case, recently resolved, where Loveland officers attacked and dislocated and broke the arm of an elderly dementia patient. Seeing them caught on camera laughing about the moment her arm popped was sickening. And seeing her meekly saying "I hurt my shoulder" while she was sitting in a cell, still in cuffs, not knowing what was going on still makes me feel physically sick. One of those animals was thrown in prison for 5 years but not before the PD did everything they could to cover it up. There are also a lot of people coming away with dislocated shoulders after encounters with Loveland PD - so it must be a specific MO of their's.

Loveland police again. The same crowd that attacked an old woman with dementia, breaking her arm and dislocating her shoulder - and who were filmed laughing about it while they watched the replay. One of them was sentenced to 5 years a few weeks ago. And - tbh: it was heartwrenching seeing her there, clearly vulnerable in cuffs, in the cell saying "I hurt my shoulder".
