The Rand Corporation has suddenly changed it's tune: it released a paper in 2019 on how it believes Russia could be dismantled - nearly all of its suggestions were then implemented - including using Ukraine to start a conflict with Russia, and sanctions. Nice to see that even Rand, as removed from reality as it is, has had to open its eyes. Maybe it will release a paper on diplomacy and peaceful co-operation and trade some day.
