Okay - so Merkel made a lot of public declarations about Minsk but what did she actually do about making sure it was being enforced when Ukraine was still shelling Donbass. Sorry but I still think she was just doing what she was being told to do throughout.

@HerrDirleWanger1 True. And she ended up ruining her reputation. I was always puzzled that people thought highly of her as a politician: all she ever was was a puppet, nothing more.
