  1.  @Fannystark007  In all honesty I don't think it was even incompetence. I believe this was all done on purpose: maybe part o it was done to draw attention away from the very real issues we face all around us, like the ones you mentioned for instance.

  2. Hancock held to account. That'll be the day. Sitting there, trying hard not to laugh at the destruction and misery he caused, knowing nobody is going to do anything about it. The hearing ends, he gets in his chauffeur driven lift home: closes his front door and lets out that huge belly laugh he's been holding in all day.
