Try it under the Equality Act 2010, if you believe vaccines don't work then this could be a protected characteristic like veganism has been found to be (Judge Postle Norwich ET), this of course is backed up by the FACT we have a UK Vaccine Court, so, the Gov't doesn't entirely believe in their safety either, of which, the Covid Vax has now been added to the list 😉🤫
