Everything in moderation & a bit of self discipline is my advice, after leaving the mob i became a licencee, i soon developed a guilt complex feeding my customers with alcohol every day, liking them yet knowing they're wrecking their health, tough call but i had to remain unbiased as they freely consumed it & i had to support myself & family
