  1. I met someone from India who was 21 years old and was working here as a GP and had been for a year after 'qualififying' over there and could barely understand me. Luckily not in a medical capacity but I'm pretty sure you can't be a GP in Britain at 20 if you study here. So anyone wants to go full nutbag do a correspondence course with India fake accent 🙄
