Had an issue when I got furloughed from working at a zero hour contract job I never got the furlough money and it took nearly 5 months to get any help because I was allegedly being paid and they told me it was up to me to get it sorted, I'd to get CAB because ACAS said it would be sorted out by the time they done anything
