I went to my doctor after my mum, gran n then son died within 4 years thankfully my mother in law was with me when he said here's a load of pills, she jumped up n said the lassie isn't depressed she's wanting counselling not drugs. She said as she marched me out the door we'll deal with her she'd be aswell drunk as a zombie on your pills God bless her 🙏 I might not be totally zen but I'm not on big pharma payroll

@David Parker I lost my family but I have a sorta family of friends as I am a social person and want that. My mum in law said when I was hysterical after my son died they wanted to sedate me she said when she wakes up it'll still have happened n I'm still here because we had a few whisky n she said either follow him to the grave now or live how he'd want you to so a glass to her and my boy

@herbiehusker1889 I eventually after moving house and god knows what all for years went to a doctor for something n got referred for counselling...only took 13 years...clap for the sainted you know who? I could have had enough pills to tranquilise a whole town by then 🙃

@David Parker it was the pits obviously but she said sedating you won't help you'll eventually wake up and it's still happened

@Ellen Cox thankfully they were there to say getting drugs wasn't the way to go , you need to feel what's happening not ignore it n I was lucky they took me up a hill n left me there for a few weeks till I calmed down lol we see the gothic comedy

@Educat ional exactly n my friend was at the funeral and later on he said I heard this wailing n went aww that's shona obviously I'd be wailing 3rd funeral n my son was only 16 but getting sedated wouldn't help
