It's like watching a scene from INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS when a Karen character discovers everyone around them is a communist - I mean, alien.👽😹 (It's a 1950s movie representing McCarthyite anti-communist hysteria as an alien invasion - the people look the same, but they are aliens - no one can be trusted. It's actually a common theme of paranoia, also seen in John Carpenter's THE THING - aliens that look like people - ALIEN - aliens inside people - or ROSEMARY'S BABY - everyone looks normal but they are really Satanists; alien baby inside. Not to mention John Carpenter's THEY LIVE - aliens are disguised as people, as revealed by special sun glasses. The cinema of paranoia is fun and US are great at it)
