Just divide traditional Palestine into top half and bottom half and be done with it. Each side has a self-contained state (not like 1967 lines where Palestine is split in two). They can build a wall between them and live in peace.

@nevillec5252 Many think the holy sites should be their own separate entity, like the Vatican. This sort of division would require a King Solomon to assess the value of all resources and make a million fair and reasonable adjustments. Each state would also have to adjudicate the gains and losses of it's citizens. And it could be a catastrophe, like the India-Pakistan partition. Perhaps this is why a clean separation is never considered
