I'm talking about like Styx recommended local municipalities and communities comprised of environmental scientists, watchdog groups, law enforcement with checks and balances to investigate NAP violations caused, inflicted by environmental harm and damage to seek restitution by filing lawsuits for maximum liability.

@joeashbubemma But unions in their primordial form are a positive thing since collective bargaining falls under 1A provisions; freedom of speech, freedom of association. Individuals have the right to form groups via unionization.
