@Walter-wo5sz Yes the 3-day limit is not a loophole as the anti-gun left claims. It's a regulatory safeguard for the government to arbitrarily determine if you are deemed eligible to own a firearm which they have 72 hrs. So if they find nothing in your background it's approved to transfer ownership to you of course it's not a delay or denial.
