  2. Templar Knight I'm positive no doubt he knows the distinctive difference between the regressive left which is like the religious right. Although there are stenches of regressivism of both the left and even the right(SJWs). Both the authoritarian-totalitarian stride(left-wing, right-wing) is culpable, responsible for curtailing, chilling freedom of speech, expression from its purest form. Styx is a pragmatic libertarian minarchist like me.

  3. surrealnumber Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Expression needs to protected & preserved in its purest form. That specifically includes the license to offend. No one has the right not to be offended. Free Expression, Speech doesn't end where someone's hurt feelings begin. Especially flagburning, drawing the prophet Muhammed in a mockingly ridicule fashion. FYI Freedom of Speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences of what you say or express.

  4. surrealnumber Do you understand the distinctive difference to separate speech from criminal misconduct along with potential unlawful call-to-action that can inflict physical harm deriving from libel/slander/defamation of character, inciting imminent violence, and perceived credible threats. It's not curbing speech. Those boundaries exist only under the baseline I stated curbing the probable, actionable actual conduct harm rising from someone's speech or expression.
