Impeachment may occur at the federal level or the state level. The federal House of Representatives can impeach federal officials, including the president.  Pelosi has done that. They have voted.

  3. The beginning where he talks about the telegraph, instant communication, the Civil War, the breakdown of factions... Eerily like today with internet cyber bullying. Flame wars. Fake news. Online scams. Misinformation from multiple sources both foreign and domestic. Are Twitter, Facebook et al doing to us what the telegraph did back then? :-(
