Over the last few updates, these have been removed, along with many other things. There's no counter showing dislikes. There's no count of how many comments there are. There's no counter showing how many subscribers a channel has. They have been replaced with buttons to 'remove ads', 'remix', 'donate', 'save'. To see these numbers or the subscribe button and notification bell I have to click on your head below the video description and view channel information.
