  1. 20:50 why would they need a $50k HELOC if they have 500k in a brokerage account on top of 3 million in retirement accounts? Just withdraw the 50k from the account and bite the bullet and stop trying to dodge taxes. Thats really all they are doing with their loan application anyway. Sorry, but I dont feel badly at all for them.
