Very interesting analysis and a better view of what the deep state is rather than the usual conspiracy theories that surround things. The deep state is actually all the people who are in power or with access to power via their campaign funding or platform power who push their agenda onto government and politics. As in the example of Obama, even if the president wants to do something, he is ultimately pushed to a decision that may not be part of his original plan and vision. That is why we have almost a trillion dollars spent on Pentagon and 7 failed audits in a row.
