  1. It must have been so much fun for Amanda Carlton to create this living space and I wouldn't be surprised if it's an ongoing work in progress. Her interest in re-purposing is good old-fashioned Yankee thrift and common sense for the 21st century. I like how Ms. Carlton is so relaxed and down to earth that she can talk about bathrooms even while sitting on the lid of the toilet. Good for you, Amanda! This is an apartment you can be comfortable in for a long time without ever leaving it.
