  1. I'd like to know what was going on with the thief. Was he out driving looking for something to steal? Had he seen the package earlier, came back later, saw it was still there then go grab it? This done in broad daylight on a residential street. Strange behavior on the part of the thief. Seriously I wonder if he's a kleptomaniac.
