  1.  @christianlibertarian5488  I second the motion about American efficiency apartments. I live in one! It's many notches below what is in this video and it costs a lot because I live in a university town and am near the square and campus both. If I lived elsewhere I'd be paying far less in rent. A big part of my rent is paying for the location.

  2. I agree: a little more explanation of the apartment would have been helpful. I think the living area by the window IS the bedroom. I'm guessing the sofa is a sofa bed or there's a bed alongside the wall opposite. It would have been helpful to have seen and been told a little more.
