The woman who tossed the ring: if my understanding is right, he's the owner of the ring so if she really threw away the ring then she threw away his property and I'm thinking he could file a theft charge against her. Maybe grand larcency? I hope he got the ring back. Even if he didn't, he probably saved money in the long run: cheaper to lose the ring than be married to her and have all the expenses that would have come later including the divorce.

  2. I'm sorry you had what is really several awful experiences. Mother and daughter are each a real piece of work, to use some old-fashioned terminology. I'm glad things ended before you got more involved and used even more. If the daughter will do what she did and then brag about it at work, she's revealed who she really is and I bet even the other women don't trust her now. Who knows what else she will do in the workplace. Please don't allow yourself to ever be alone with her there and, if possible, don't be around her at all at work or anywhere else.
