  1. I once saw a TV entertainment story about James Dean in which Maila Nurmi said that shortly before his death, James Dean had a picture of himself and put holes in the eyes. I wish I could remember the details but Ms. Nurmi believed that by doing that to an image of himself, James Dean had set something supernatural and negative in motion. i don't think she used the word "voodoo" but it sounded like Maila Nurmi believed that Dean had done something voodoo-like to himself.

Maybe someone can confirm this but my recollection is that Henry was a heavy smoker (maybe the one who go the English royal family started on cigarettes?) and because Victoria had a rule against smoking in the house, he would sit in a fireplace and light up so the smoke would go straight up the chimney!

  3. Really enjoyed your video! I was born in 1961 so I was around when "The Addams Family" and "The Munsters" were new, prime-time programs. I was very young but I remember enjoying the slapstick of "The Munsters" but "The Addams Family", with its drier and more sophisticated humor, scared me. Later I came to appreciate both shows. One of my favorite moments in television is from an episode of "The Munsters" when Herman had been seen around town and there was newspaper coverage about a monster being loose. Lily,who of course thought the situation was ridiculous, was in the kitchen with the rest of the ghoulish family around, said, "It just goes to show you, this world is full of weirdos!"
