  1. Great apartment overall but one small part is an issue for me: the stove is next to the wall and there is no tile above the stove as there is over the back of the counter area. Will there be food and grease stains on the wall next to the stove? Can you be comfortable cooking without some elbow room on either side of the stove? If you use the right-hand side burners that's a lot of heat only inches from the wall. Will the wall eventually be scorched?
