Thanks for the tour, Cash! You're turning me into an Indiana armchair New Yorker! Bloomington where I live with a huge university a few blocks from the town square in some ways could be a mini-Manhattan with the diversity of people and businesses including restaurants. We even have high rents! I've seen little shopping activity downtown. Someone said our College Mall is "like a ghost town". Macy's there is closing. With Christmas being the make-or-break time for many businesses I won't be surprised if we see more of them closing in the near future.
