  1. I like those New York movie apartments from the past. Not as upbeat but I like Rosemary and Guy's apartment in "Rosemary's Baby". That apartment that was originally the rear portion of a larger apartment would be great for me!

  2. Whoa. Hold the phone. Serious ixnay on the third apartment. Did anyone else notice that the refrigerator is up against and blocking the door of the fusebox? Is that safe or legal? Deal-breaker for me. What else is wrong there?
