  1. Cash, your lived-in apartment even with stuff on the floorlooks better than the empty ones. Suggestion: next apartment that has a sofa or bed, take a three-hour nap. You look exhausted. Seriously, please get some rest. I'd love to go back in time and see the second apartment when it was new. It would have been vastly different from what it is now. I wonder if there was a boiler room or coal-burning furnace in there. Maybe also living quarters for a building superintendent.
