  1. Very interesting, Cash! I really enjoy videos such as this one. You provide valuable information. I'm here in Bloomington, Indiana/mini-Manhattan. I have co-workers who now work from home and our work site looks and is mostly deserted. We have loads of rental properties being run by a few management companies that I find, based on expereience, to be second-rate/almost slumlords, who are making as much as they can into August-to-August leases because we have Indiana University right in the middle of town. Also there are managment companies that will make you decide on renewing or not renewing your lease when you're not even six weeks into it. Legal but "highly unethical" according to a friend experienced in real estate. Rents are confiscatory and some businesses can't hire people because potential employees can't afford to live here in town! Some people who already commute are finding that it's becoming so expensive that working here isn't worth it. Many jobs are available here I'm not sure about wages and benefits. Indiana University recently started paying a minumum of $15/hour yet fast food places pay better and have better hours and better parking and better locations. Something has to give somewhere in terms of paying people more and charging them less for rent.
