  1. Wonderful place! I like the fact that a terrific apartment is on the third floor. I'm still a country cousin type and am accustomed to having a soybean field in back of the house---and that was IN town so anything very high up makes me uncomfortable. For that and because of the safety factor I hope to never live or work higher than the third floor. This apartment is like having a penthouse almost at street level, a great arrangement for people such as myself.
