  1. Hooray! Cash, I'm so glad for you about keeping your office for another two years. Good for you for negotiating. In a way you provide your landlord with free advertising by showing the building so you deserve something for that. The apartment: certainly not boring but it's not for me BUT...someone is going to LOVE living there.
