  1. All those bookshelves and a sliding ladder? I am IN! Two small points: in a couple of the bathrooms the sink is quite a distance from the "throne". Also I'm a little uncomfortable with the wood flooring beneath the fireplace. It would have been better to have some tile or stone there for fire safety and so the wood doesn't get damaged. The first point isn't a big deal, the second one can be fixed.
