  1. Great place! Cash, I'm glad I found your channel. Always interesting to watch and listen to and I'm learning things from your videos. One thing I've learned is a funny difference between Manhattan and Bloomington, Indiana: on the ground floor in Manhattan people are concerned about rats. I live on a second floor in Bloomington with a door that opens directly outside and though I live just off the square I once almost walked into a possum that was outside my door and sometimes I smell skunks in the morning!
